The distances at the Grossglockner Ultra-Trail

Whether experienced ultra runner or planning your first trail race, the Grossglockner Ultra-Trail offers the perfect route for every challenge. In the heart of the Hohe Tauern mountains, you can look forward to technically demanding trails, amazing panoramas, and the majestic backdrop of Austria's highest mountain: the Grossglockner.

Choose from several distances – from the legendary 110 km supreme discipline to shorter but equally intense routes – and find your own personal challenge. Each route is unique in character, but they all have one thing in common: pure emotion, authentic nature experiences, and the spirit of GGUT.

The following five distances are available:

Grossglockner Ultra-Trail | GGUT: 110 km, 6,500 altitude metres, 5 ITRA points
Osttirol Trail | OTT: 84 km, 5,000 altitude metres, 4 ITRA points
Grossglockner Trail | GGT: 57 km, 3,500 altitude metres, 3 ITRA points
Weißsee Glacier World Trail | GWT 35 km, 1,500 altitude metres, 2 ITRA points
Kaprun Scenic Trail | KST: 16 km, 1,000 altitude metres, 1 ITRA point

There are also two competitions for children:

Mini GGUT - powered by Osttirol: 1 km, 20 altitude metres & 3.1 km, 120 altitude metres
Kids Trail Kaprun: 1.4 km, 14 altitude metres & 3.8 km, 120 altitude metres
